Pillivuyt 260327BX Review: Pillivuyt 2.75 Quart Round Covered Casserole, White. This casserole is well proportioned and holds about 2 3/4 quarts. The reason I gave it 4 stars is due to the poorly designed lid handle which can be somewhat difficult to grasp safely, especially when using a potholder. It can slip out of your grip if you don't support the lid base because of its' weight, it is rather heavy, so care has to be used.
