You can tell ALOT about a company when they have a no return policy unless the product is defective.Unfortunately, I didn't realize this until after my purchase.The machine takes over 4.5 hours to produce less than one gallon of water.The purpose of buying this distiller was to save money from buying bottled water from the store.
